What does pilates do?

Pilates classes are designed to strengthen your core & lengthen and strengthen your spine. Overall posture will be improved through participating in these classes and you will experience greater body awareness. The exercises taught will also give the participant key tips that will enhance all other disciplines of training. Furthermore you will experience greater range of motion and increased flexibility.
